[criminal power] On April 25, 2017, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Changwon District Court branch on April 25, 2017. On May 21, 2018, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license).
