A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

150,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (mariju) at Seoul Southern District Court on April 6, 2012, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the port prison on July 17, 2013.

On March 22, 2015, the Defendant 1656 of 2015, around 20:00, in the dwelling plan of the Defendant, located in the building C, Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around 405, and 0.25g of marijuana was drank by inserting 0.25g of marijuana into the paper of tobacco and attaching a fire.

Accordingly, the defendant smoked marijuana even though he is not a person handling narcotics.

around 21:30 on February 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) extracted from E, which was parked near D apartment units, approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs from E, psychotropic drugs, and in return, 100,000 won for E; (b) around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant injectedd approximately 0.1g of the psychotropic drugs from E, to E, with approximately 0.1g of the psychotropic drugs. At around 0.1g on the same day, the Defendant parked in the vicinity of D apartment units, and injected approximately 0.1g of the opon into the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he traded and administered psychotropic drugs.
