Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2013, at around 00:30 on September 28, 2013, the Defendant, in the course of investigating into the facts of assaulting the said E, F, and G on the street, on the ground that she smoking tobacco, drinking alcohol, and giving lessons to the said E, etc., the Defendant was not able to reach an agreement with the said E, etc., and the Defendant was also willing to submit a false complaint as if she had taken a plant from the said E, etc., and had her hand over.

On November 3, 2013, the Defendant issued a false complaint to the police officer J on the 16:30 on the 16:30th day of Daegu Hagu Hagu Hagu Hagu Hagu Hagu Hagu Hagu, stating that “I will take her hand on September 28, 2013 and will be under treatment after surgery.” On November 14, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the police officer J, stating that “I will be punished because I will take the right hand over the floor after going beyond the floor of E, F, G, and I Na,” and that “I will be punished because I will take the right hand over the right hand.”

However, in fact, E, F, and G were assaulted by the defendant, and did not go beyond the floor or did not take part in the defendant's hand.

Nevertheless, the Defendant submitted a false complaint to E, F, and G for the purpose of having E, F, and G punished criminal punishment.
