Punishment of the crime

At around 07:00 on July 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an act as if the Defendant were unable to pay the price even if the Defendant received alcoholic beverages from the victim; (b) as if he was provided with hidden alcoholic beverages, he did not pay the price; (c) as if he was paid the price; (d) two diseases (340,000 won at a market price); (c) a substitute service fee (60,000 won at a market price); and (d) a car service fee (120,000 won at a market price); and (e) did not pay the price in excess of 520,000 won at a market price; and (e) did not pay the price.
