On April 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 06:45, 2014, at the main point of “Dnodes Bank” located on the second floor of the Busan Jung-gu C building, the Defendant was unable to pay the amount even if he/she received alcohol from the victim because there was no money under the age of 47; (b) thereby making it difficult for the Defendant to pay the amount; (c) as if he/she was provided with hidden and completed alcohol, he/she would have paid the amount as if he/she would be paid the amount; (d) KRW 50,000,000,000 in the sum of KRW 40,00,000,000, and did not pay the amount.

2. On April 27, 2014, at around 01:50, the Defendant: (a) took an attitude that the victim G in Young-gu, Busan, would have paid the alcohol value to the victim; (b) ordered her to do so and requested an entertainment entertainment entertainment worker by ordering 15 her to do so; and (c) requested her to do so.
However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price due to the absence of the credit card or cash in possession.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, obtained financial benefits equivalent to 170,000 won in total by being provided with entertainment reception services equivalent to 60,000 won in the market value, from the victim's 15 Macju and the victim's 110,000 won in the market value.

On May 13, 2014, at around 02:20, the Defendant received from the victim J, “K” entertainment tavern operated by the victim J, which is located in the Busan Young-gu, the amount equivalent to 300,000 won at the market price and the amount equivalent to 150,000 won at the market price, and acquired property benefits equivalent to 450,000 won at the market price.
