Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of one hundred thousand won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On July 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of intrusion upon residence at the Seoul Central District Court, and the execution of the sentence was completed on December 9, 2013 at the Seoul Detention Center.
【Criminal Facts】
1. A person who violates the Road Traffic Act shall not perform an act of sticking on the road under the influence of alcohol, but the defendant, around June 20, 2014, performed an act of obstructing the progress of the vehicle under the influence of alcohol on the front of a D-motor vehicle product shop located in Gyeonggi-si C.
2. Damage to property;
A. The Defendant, at the time and place under the above paragraph 1 above, set the Franchis operated by the victim E at one time and walked on the left side of the car without any justifiable reason, and the Defendant, after stopping the said car, set off the car and damaged the car of the victim for the repair cost of KRW 2,786,276.
B. At the date, time, and place under the above paragraph (1) above, the Defendant: (a) sent the Defendant a horse to the victim, and (b) destroyed the victim’s car to the repair cost of KRW 454,133, the center part of the HF car Bos car owned by the victim, which was parked therein; and (c) damaged the victim’s car.
3. The Defendant assaulted the victim I (the age of 16) who was under the influence of alcohol at the time, time, and place under the foregoing paragraph (1), when the victim I (the age of 16) prevented the Defendant, and assaulted the victim two times by drinking the victim’s life boom.
4. The Defendant engaged in the obstruction of performance of official duties, at the time and place under the above paragraph (1) above, assaulted the Defendant, such as spitation of the knee part of the K, knee in the knee part of the K, and spiting the left part of the K on the face of the knee of the knee in the patrol vehicle, after he gets on the knee part of the K.
Accordingly, the defendant reported the police officer's 112 case.
