1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,141,253 out of KRW 30,231,556 and the said amount from May 24, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act applicable mutatis mutandis to the provisions of Article 208(3) of the same Act (a) provides that “A creditor” shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant”, and Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to apply mutatis mutandis.
