1. The defendant shall pay 36,300,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 24, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

The judgment deeming the confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) to be a confession (Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) is deemed to have led the Defendant to a service of the original copy of the instant payment order and to submit a formal reply to seek the dismissal of the Plaintiff’s claim, but did not submit a substantive reply or a preparatory document containing specific arguments, and did not appear on the date for pleading. As such, the Plaintiff’s assertion
