Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Dental technicians shall not perform the duties of manufacturing, etc. dental appliances without complying with the work order sheet for manufacturing dental appliances issued by dentists.

At around March, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a request for the manufacturing of dental technicians from Centals and dental laboratories operated by the Defendant, who had been engaged in the manufacturing of dental technicians from D, who are not dentists; and (b) received two dental technicians from D, who had been engaged in manufacturing dental appliances without a dentist’s request for manufacturing dental appliances.
