A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Interference with Business]

A. On March 19, 2014, the Defendant found “E” where the victim D(28 years of age) in the Daegu Western-gu C market located in the Daegu Western-gu B was under influence of alcohol, and without any justifiable reason, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “greging, Chewing gue,” and obstructed the victim’s business by force for about 10 minutes of sound.

B. On April 18:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s business by force for about 20 minutes, including: (a) the victim F (n, 65 years of age) in the Daegu Seo-gu C market; (b) the victim F (n, f5 years of age); (c) the victim’s “Gmat” operated in the Daegu Seo-gu C market; (d) the victim was found under the influence of alcohol; and (e) the victim was prevented from doing so by preventing another customer from doing so.

C. On April 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant found “I” under the influence of alcohol operated by the victim H(55 years of age) in the Daegu-gu C market located in C market, Daegu-gu, 2014, and expressed to the victim “I, if you know well, you have come well to know how much she would have come, frien, chex, and ring,” and prevented customers from entering, thereby obstructing the victim’s business by force for about 10 minutes.

At around 08:00 in July 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim H with the view of “a brupt, chron,” and obstructed the victim’s business by force for about 10 minutes, such as “a brupt, chron,” “a brupt,” and prohibiting customers from entering the same place under the influence of alcohol at the same location as the above paragraph (c).

E. F. On October 07, 2014, the Defendant found at around 19:30 minutes in the same place as above, and found the victim H in a drunken state. The Defendant only killed the victim H in a flusium, flusium, and died.
