A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:50 on May 7, 2014, the Defendant is a person engaging in driving of Cunst or other automobiles. While driving the said automobiles under the influence of alcohol level of 0.181% on May 7, 201, the Defendant was driving the said automobiles at a five-lane speed from the direction of the offwest-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, along the five-lane road, at the direction of the five-lane 152:0, the front part of the said passenger vehicle is being driven from the direction of the offwest-gu, and the front part of the signal at the direction of the signal at the intersection where the signal lights are installed, the Defendant: (a) was responsible for performing driving of the said automobiles; (b) was negligent in performing the duty of care to prevent the accident from driving the signal at the end; and (c) was found to have been in the front part of the said passenger vehicle at the direction of the victim’s vehicle at the direction of the above 3G driver’s vehicle at the direction of the 3G driver’s license.
