A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution for violating the Automobile Management Act at the Daejeon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 24th of the same month.

On June 10, 2015, the Defendant operated a CNEW EF rocketing car without a mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver's license, and proceeded with two-lanes of three-lanes of three-lane distance prior to the trade exhibition center in Daejeon Peong-gu X-ray.

Since there are three-distance crossings where signal apparatus is installed, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to prevent the accident by keeping with the speed limit to those engaged in driving of the vehicle, and by accurately operating the steering and brakes well, thereby avoiding the preceding vehicle in the signal atmosphere and safely driving it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and was negligent in operating the brake system at the latest at the direction of the Defendant’s operation, and received the back part of the E rocketing taxi in the atmosphere of the signal at the front of the Defendant’s operation.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim F (the 25-year-old) who is the passenger of the above taxi due to the above occupational negligence on the part of the victim F (the 27-year-old-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-old-old-old-water disease, and suffered injury, such as climatic salt in need of treatment for about two weeks to the same victim G (the 27-year-old-year-old-old-water), and at the same time, damaged the 205,590 won at the repair cost of the above taxi owned by the victim Bo
