A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

C A while residing in Vietnam, is a general manager of an illegal entry arranging organization responsible for the recruitment of Vietnames in the early childhood, fabrication of invitation documents, fabrication of subordinate organizations, fund management, etc., and the defendant is a person who is a director of the Diplomatic Association.

1. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall invite a foreigner by improper means, such as making a false entry into the Republic of Korea or providing a false reference, or arrange such invitation to allow the foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea;

Nevertheless, the Defendant recruited Vietnam who wishes to work in Korea through the subordinate members of Vietnam, along with C, and conspired with C to make them enter the Republic of Korea by using the name of the Korean Diplomatic Order and unit church in order to attract Vietnam for the purpose of missionary activities and participation in religious events.

The Defendant of the short-term general visa (C-3) falsely conspired with C in collusion with C, and the Defendant, on July 2, 2012, prepared data related to the issuance of visa after inviting Vietnames to invite them to work, and C, including inviting two persons, such as Vietnamese E, who wish to enter the Republic of Korea for employment purposes, by submitting data related to the issuance of visa under the name of the beautifuls Korean Embassy, such as a letter of invitation stating false details to invite them to participate in missionary activities and religious events, and a letter of fidelity guarantee, etc., from that time through the same method until September 2, 2012.

1. Three persons, as described in the statement, in the name of the Korean Film Association, three persons, four persons from among them shall be invited to enter the Republic of Korea under the name of the Korean Film Association, the Korean Film Association, and two foreigners shall not be permitted to issue visas, and five persons shall be forced to receive visas;
