1. Defendant C and the Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association jointly share KRW 21,900,000 to Plaintiff A and Defendant C with respect thereto.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant C is a licensed real estate agent operating the “F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon. Defendant D is a licensed real estate agent operating the “G Real Estate Brokerage Office” located in Seo-gu, Daejeon. (2) Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) concluded a mutual aid agreement between Defendant C and D with the content that the amount to be deducted would be KRW 100 million for Defendant C, from October 28, 201 for Defendant C, and from September 29, 201 for Defendant D, to September 28, 201 for Defendant C, and from September 28, 2012 for the period to September 28, 2012, for which Defendant C and D would compensate the transaction parties for property damage within the limit of the amount to be deducted.
