1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 9,000,157 with the Plaintiff and Defendant B with respect thereto from November 28, 2015.

Facts of recognition

(1) Defendant B is a practicing licensed real estate agent under the Licensed Real Estate Agent Act operating the “C Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) around July 14, 2014, Defendant B and the Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) entered into a mutual aid agreement with Defendant B with the content that the amount of mutual aid would be KRW 100 million, and the period of mutual aid would be from July 15, 2014 to July 14, 2015 when Defendant B caused property damage to the parties to a transaction by intention or negligence in acting as a broker.

According to Article 19(9) of the Mutual Aid Agreement applicable to the above mutual Aid Agreement, the defendant association should pay the mutual Aid money within 60 days from the date of receipt of the claim for the mutual aid money unless there is any unavoidable reason.

(1) On February 17, 2015, the Plaintiff was the broker of Defendant B, and the 4th floor building (a total of 11 households; hereinafter “instant building”) in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

A) Of the terms and conditions, the lease deposit of KRW 303 is KRW 70 million for the lease deposit, and the lease term is from March 10, 2015 to March 9, 2017 for the lease term (hereinafter “instant lease contract”).

(2) Around February 17, 2015, the Plaintiff paid 3.5 million won out of the deposit for the lease as down payment to D and paid the remainder KRW 66.5 million around March 10, 2015.

On the other hand, on February 17, 2015, the Plaintiff obtained a fixed date in the instant lease agreement.

3 At the time of the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, the registration as indicated below was completed on the instant building.
