1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea on April 4, 2005 as a foreigner of Bangladesh's nationality, and entered the Republic of Korea on May 4, 2006, and entered the Republic of Korea on May 11, 2006 as a visa exemption (B-1) status, and changed the status of stay to a general training (D-4) status on August 14, 2006. From February 27, 2008, the Plaintiff stayed as a sojourn status of study (D-2) status.
