1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to KRW 13,433,014 and KRW 11,112,514 among Defendant B, from March 1, 2017 to April 7, 2017.
Reasons
1. The following facts are either disputed between the parties, or acknowledged based on Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 9, and 23, and the whole purport of the arguments and arguments.
The plaintiff is a management body comprised of all sectional owners pursuant to the Act on Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings") for the management and operation of the site and building A located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si E (hereinafter referred to as the "instant building").
The plaintiff managed the building of this case and imposed and collected management fees for the occupants, such as sectional owners.
B. On October 27, 2005, the deceased F completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to Nos. 271 and 272 of the second floor of the instant building, and with respect to Nos. 224, 225 and 226 of June 15, 2006 (hereinafter “this case’s store”).
C. The Defendants are the deceased’s inheritors, and the inheritance ratio is 3/7 for the deceased’s husband, 2/7 for the deceased’s children, and 3/7 for the deceased’s children, and the Defendants completed each registration of ownership transfer for the shares of 3/7 shares in each of the above stores on the grounds of inheritance on March 8, 2013, and 2/7 shares in each of the above stores.
