1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,309,013 as well as KRW 29,123,513 as to the Plaintiff. From March 1, 2017 to April 7, 2017.
Reasons
1. The following facts are either disputed between the parties, or acknowledged based on Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 14, and the whole purport of the arguments and arguments.

The management fees imposed by the Plaintiff are as follows: cleaning service charges, cleaning expendable goods charges, security service charges, radio wave usage fees, shuttle bus service charges, cost of removal of household garbage, food and garbage, facility management cost, facility management service cost, music copyright cost, building management service cost, fire insurance premium, and elevator.
