A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 19, 2015, around 15:10 on March 19, 2015, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence (2015Nodan2626) by entering the house of the victim C and D, which came into the house of the victim C and D, and by thefting the property from an open window to the house of the victims.

2. 4. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. The Defendant, around 11:00 on August 7, 2015, driven a E small-type car without obtaining a driver’s license for approximately 60 km section from the front of the “National Marart” road located on the 40-ro, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, to the front of the said “National Marart” at around 14:30 on the same day, on the same day, without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. Around 09:10 on August 27, 2015, the Defendant driven a FEX car without obtaining a driver’s license for a section of about 300 meters from the front day of the Park Loans in the Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si to the front day of the 73rd day of the same city.
