A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has no fixed occupation.

1. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased a two-wheeled automobile number attached to the Defendant’s “C” Albatoba, which was attached to the Defendant’s ownership, in the middle of 2019, in the luba in the luba in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and attached it to the middle VM125 Eba.

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile number plate for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use a two-wheeled automobile number plate, etc. under the Automobile Management Act;

Nevertheless, the Defendant used the “C” two-wheeled automobile number plate attached to the Defendant’s Oral Sea at the same time and at the same place as above, and used it unlawfully by attaching it to VM125 Oral Sea.

3. On May 8, 2019, the Defendant was driving the said VM125 Oral Ba, where the two-wheeled automobile number plate was attached, from the Defendant’s residence in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the time near the Dong Burial Station in Jongno-gu, Seoul, to the time near the Dongdong in Seoul Jongno-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a two-wheeled automobile number plate which was used unlawfully.

4. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) the Defendant driven a VM125 Oral Ba in the same place as before and at the same time without a driver’s license.

5. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

The Defendant driven, as mentioned above, VM125 Orala, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same place as the time and time stated in the above paragraph (3).
