A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny and embezzlement of stolen and stolen property;

A. On December 2018, the Defendant: (a) removed the victim B’s number plate owned by Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Daudd125 Ouddy from the victim B by an influorous method; (b) the Defendant stolen the victim B.

B. Around September 2018, the Defendant: (a) took necessary procedures, such as returning the goods acquired by the victim E even though he/she acquired one unit of goods from the victim E in the street near Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) did not take any necessary procedures, such as returning the goods that he/she acquired.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use a two-wheeled automobile number plate;

On December 2, 2018, the defendant does not have a two-wheeled automobile number plate at the place where it is not known that there is a two-wheeled automobile number plate.

A two-wheeled automobile number plate, a stolen air defense, was attached.

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile number plate which is air defense for the purpose of exercising.

3. On February 14, 2019, the Defendant operated a mixed-use air defense event, and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a license for a motorcycle license from a place in which a two-wheeled automobile number plate is attached, as described in paragraph 2, from the Seoul Yongsan-gu to Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
