1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. On May 28, 2003, the Suwon District Court shall receive the Songwon District Court's office of registration with respect to the area of 343 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. In full view of the facts that there is no dispute over the determination as to the size of 343 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si C, and the purport of the entire pleadings as to the size of 684 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si D, which is owned by the Plaintiff on May 26, 200, due to the gift on May 28, 200, the registration of ownership transfer was made on May 28, 2003 with the receipt registration office of Suwon District Court No. 18468, the fact that the first land was divided on June 25, 2003, and the registration of ownership transfer on May 28, 2003 with respect to the ownership transfer on June 25, 203, the fact that the Defendant forged the contract under the Plaintiff’s name and completed the registration on May 28, 2003.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration, which was completed on May 28, 2003 by the Suwon District Court’s receipt of the Songwon District Court’s receipt of the register office on the land of this case, to the Plaintiff.

B. In full view of the facts that there is no dispute over the determination as to the land size of 341 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si D, and the purport of the entire pleadings as to the land size of 684 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si D, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 28, 2000 on the ground of the donation on May 26, 200, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of 18468 in Suwon District Court receipt registration office of Suwon District on May 28, 2003; the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of 341 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si D, 684 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si and 684 square meters in June 25, 203; the fact that the land of this case was divided into the land of this case on June 25, 2003; the registration of ownership transfer in the name of 205 square meters in the name of the defendant on the land of this case on May 28, 2003.
