Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Gohap 178" is a space that he/she became aware of while living in an apartment, such as the victim C (V, 73 years of age) who has a disability of grade 2 with delay disability.

The victim C and the victim D(n, 74 years old) live in the same apartment and live in the same apartment.
