A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B X-ray car;

On August 14, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.121% of blood alcohol concentration at around 17:20 on August 14, 2014, and led to a four-lane road in front of the exit of 492 subway Line 9, Yangcheon-ro, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, to proceed along one-lane from the border of the office space of Gangseo-gu to the intersection.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim E, such as salt ties and tensions in need of treatment for about three weeks, and the victim G (V, 57 years old) who is the passenger of the above cargo vehicle, for about three weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the section of about 25 km from the art park front of the art park in Gyeyang-gu, Seoul, Yangcheon-ro, 492 subway No. 9 to the front of the exit route No. 8 of Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, the Defendant is drunk with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.121%.
