If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2013, at around 16:40, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking advantage of the fact that the victim D (the age 61) (the age 61) who sited in the next table in the coffee shop of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B, intending to see the victim, and by taking back the paper cups containing the math coffee into the body of the victim, and by making the coffee wrokes into the body of the victim.
