Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.2 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:47 December 18, 2019, the Defendant ordered coffee using the instant coffee shop, as it was impossible for the Defendant to enter the said coffee shop. However, the Defendant, while not on board a vehicle, was unable to use the “dyb ste”, and subsequently received the orders of the said shop, the Defendant used the Defendant’s “dyb ste” to the victim D (e.g., the employee of the said shop) about the late receipt of coffee as seen above, and used the victim to assault the Defendant, while she was able to use the instant coffee shop.
