Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not importers of narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 1, 2017, around 24:00, the Defendant paid KRW 300,000 in cash from a person who was unaware of his name before the “E” club located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and purchased approximately 0.3g of a single-use medical device (hereinafter “one-time medical device”).

B. Around 22:00 at the end of May 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 500,000 in cash from a person in unsound name at the places described in the foregoing paragraph (a), and purchased them by delivery of approximately 0.5g of Meteptophoty, which is a disposable-use mental medicine contained in the disposable-use injection.

On June 2017, around the end of 2017, the Defendant put about approximately 0.03g of the Mtampamina, which is a local mental medicine, into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with water, and administered them in a way of injection with the Defendant’s arms.

(d)

On June 2017, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.03g of the Mt. Mt. T. C., which is a local mental medicine, into a single-use injection machine; (b) injected with water; and (c) injected with the Defendant’s arm’s blood transfusion.

E. On July 5, 2017, the Defendant, around 21:30, carried with the window frame by putting approximately 0.38g of mert ambamins who are local mental drugs contained in the single-use injection machine F, 504, and carrying them.

2. Defendant A and Defendant B

A. At around 22:00 on April 2, 2017, the Defendants first put about approximately 0.03 g (0.03 g) for mematic drugs in a single-use injection device, which is a local mental medicine in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and dilution with water, and continuously administered them by means of injection into the Defendant’s arms, and Defendant A continued to infect approximately 0.03 g (0.03 g) for the Defendant’s arms in the above manner.

B. On April 3, 2017, the Defendants around 03:00, at the Gelel near Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (a) around 03:00, the Defendant A, first of all, approximately 0.03g of the Metettopian, a local mental medicine.
