around August 2015, the Defendant: (a) received proposals from D to bring stocks of the manufacturer company of electric vehicles in China into Korea and sold them to domestic investors and paid allowances; and (b) received proposals from D, H, I, J, K, L, L, N,O, name-free recruitment measures; (c) around September 2015, the Gangnam-gu office of P 13th in Seoul; and (d) around the M Center office of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Q apartment Building 301 in Seocho-gu, it is anticipated that “E” company in China will be listed at the Red Stock Exchange in 2018, which is the company that manufactures electric vehicles; and (d) made an investment in advance to pay a large amount of allowances on the recommendation, in order to receive subsidies from many and unspecified investors in order for investment payment.
