A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person who is not an entrusted business entity or a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not provide property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing sports promotion votes or similar things.

C et al., around January 2015, set up an office in the Chinese Cheongdo and opened a private sports soil site under the name of "J" (after change to "K", "L", and the domain name address: M and domain name address are periodically changed) with a server in Japan, Hong Congo, China, etc. (hereinafter "J") and then opened a private sports soil site from January 2015 to June 2017 under the name of members of the above site (july 8,190,561,181) with a new bank (14) in the name of U.S. members of the above site (140109,09154) with money deposited at KRW 8,190,561,181, as shown in the list of crimes (1) with a total of KRW 123,947,5141,541, and deposited money in the above cyber sports site and the following money deposited at the above sports site in Korea and abroad.
