1. The plaintiffs' succeeding intervenor's appeal and the plaintiffs' succeeding intervenor's claim added by this court are all filed.
Reasons
1. The reasons why the court should explain in this decision are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the cases where part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is changed as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
[The grounds alleged by the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor in the appeal are different from the contents alleged in the first instance trial if the following parts are excluded. However, even if the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor to this court and the circumstances of the assertion are considered, such as the statement in the evidence Nos. 67 through 88 (including the number of branch numbers) cannot be viewed as different from the facts established in the first instance trial and the judgment, although the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor to this court and the circumstances of the assertion are considered.
(a) Part 6 of the 6th judgment of the first instance court “Defendant M” in the 20th judgment shall be written “Defendant G”.
(b) the part “B” in Part 7, 9, and 8, of the first instance judgment, shall be amended to “Plaintiff B”;

“The Plaintiffs’ succeeding intervenor who received the Plaintiffs’ damage claim from the Plaintiff” shall be deemed to have a claim for damages against the Plaintiffs’ succeeding intervenor. As such, the Defendants are obligated to pay that claim to the Plaintiffs succeeding Intervenor.
The plaintiffs' succeeding intervenor asserted that it constitutes a tort committed by the defendants.
