A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for the obstruction of business by the Seoul Eastern District Court on March 27, 2020, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 21, 2020.

[2] On September 22, 2020, from around 02:43 to around 03:16 of the same day, the Defendant was aware of the victim C’s “D convenience store” in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, that the Defendant was aware of the victim’s desire, such as cryp, snow, etc., and drinking alcohol within the convenience store.

Therefore, even though the police who received the 112 report was dispatched, the Defendant was unable to avoid any disturbance, such as taking the victim’s bath at the same place from 03:30 to 03:43 on the same day, and demanding the women who were the customer to die tobacco.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the convenience store management business of the victim about about 40 minutes by force.

The Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor on March 27, 2020 by the Seoul Eastern District Court on September 21, 2020 and completed the execution of the sentence on September 21, 2020.

[2] On October 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the “F convenience store” located in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul from around 01:15 to around 03:00, the Defendant was unable to bring a disturbance as seen earlier by customers, such as “a request for work” to the victim without any justifiable reason, “a request is made to the victim without the influence of alcohol,” and “a request is made to a third party with the value of the object obtained by half the value of the object; (b) the alcohol addict; and (c) the request is made to be made in a conspiracy.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's convenience store operation and management for about 2 hours by force.

On March 27, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with labor by obstructing business operations at the Seoul Eastern District Court on September 21, 2020, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 21, 2020.
