The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Reasons

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) of the lower court’s sentence (one year and four months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. In the case No. 1 and No. 2 of the 2015 Highest 2558 Highest 2015 Highest 2558 Highest 2, each of the facts charged as follows: (a) an ex officio judgment prosecutor applied for an amendment to a bill of amendment to a bill of amendment to the effect that “the business of converting oil and intangible results acquired through the use of game water was carried on by converting them into the use of the game water; and (b) this court permitted the application for amendment to a bill of amendment; and (c) this part is subject to a single sentence on the grounds that the remaining criminal facts as stated in the judgment of the court below against the Defendant and concurrent crimes as defined in the former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act are concurrent crimes with the latter part of the Criminal Act. Therefore, the judgment of the court below is no longer maintained.
