In light of the records, it is reasonable for the court below to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendants guilty on the charge of violating the Electronic Financial Transactions Act among the facts charged in this case, and to find them not guilty, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to the acquisition of the means of access under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, contrary

On the other hand, the prosecutor appealed against the guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no specific grounds for objection as to this portion in the petition of appeal or appellate brief.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
