A On June 13, 2014, the Seoul High Court sentenced 8 months of imprisonment, 2 years of suspended execution, 15 million won of fine, etc., and decided on October 15, 2014.

1. Defendant A

A. When the Defendant was subject to a lawsuit seeking the return of unfair benefit payment from the J, the owner of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I Department A, 107, the Defendant was willing to attend the said lawsuit as a witness to ask Defendant B to have the testimony favorable to himself.

On November 25, 2012, the Defendant, at around A’s house of I year A 207, asked B to “I year A 107 of that Act and temporarily use it as a meeting room of the board of directors of the union, and then inform the Defendant (A) of his consent to use it for free by J.

In addition, the keys A 107 was delivered by K.

B asked for testimony with false contents, and around November 27, 2012, at the court of Seoul Southern District Court No. 314 located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the Seoul Southern District Court held the aforementioned court as a witness for the unfair benefit payment case against Defendant A, 2012 group 210364 group 20364 group, and led B to make a false testimony with the above contents.

Accordingly, the defendant caused B to make a false statement contrary to his memory and abetted B to give a perjury.

Unlike in the lawsuit claiming the return of unjust enrichment, the Defendant did not have obtained permission for free use by contact with theJ, contrary to the lawsuit claiming the return of unjust enrichment that B attended as a witness of the Seoul Southern District Court 2014 High Court 1778, 1778.

The testimony unfavorable to the Defendant was made by having the said B bear criminal punishment.

On July 16, 2015, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Defendant’s house located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L and 102 Dong 1703, by using computers from the Defendant’s house, “B, around October 17, 2014, is present at the Seoul Southern District Court No. 409, Yangcheon-gu Seoul Southern District Court, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, as a witness of the attempted fraud case.
