Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and three months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Cheongju District Court on July 28, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on February 26, 2016.
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
On November 29, 2017, at around 19:30, the Defendant, at the toilet of the 1st floor of D, EM, EM, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the Defendant injected 0.03g of water into a injection machine, and administered it in a way of injection into the flapsing gun of the right side.
