A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. From October 2015 to December 12, 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana two times in a way that, in the vicinity of the Defendant’s office located in Sungnam-si, the Defendant deducteds of tobacco openings, and after containing tobacco openings, the quality of the hemp seed coats in his/her possession was added to the tobacco openings.

B. At around 23:00 on December 13, 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana once in a way that, after deducting tobacco openings from tobacco openings, the Defendant satisfing the hemp seed coats contained in tobacco openings and inhales the smoke.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked three times in large ma.

2. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
