A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months at the Changwon District Court on August 30, 2012 due to special robbery, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on November 30, 2014.

1. On February 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, the Defendant: (b) opened and intruded the back door of an unlocked factory; and (c) opened and intruded into the escape room; (d) opened a string room, and (e) opened a 50,000 won of cash owned by the victim C; (b) verbal one for male use of 150,000 won of cash owned by the victim E; and (c) 100,000 won of cash owned by the victim E and 400,000 won of market value; and (d) opened a 30,000,000 won of cash owned by the victim during sunrise; and (e) up to May 20, 2015, the Defendant took up one bicycle pocketet with the victim’s market value of KRW 20,000,000,000 of the attached Table and brought about a total of 305,005.

2. On April 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a 'H’ factory located in G in the early 22:00 Seocho-si, Kimhae-si; (b) opened a 100,000 won in cash, the victim I, who is a factory employee located in the escape room, and stolen the building from that time until May 19, 2015, by intrusioning the building at night by the aforementioned method and breaking it into the building at night; and (c) stolen the property worth KRW 749,000 in total on three occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 2.

3. At around 11:00 on May 20, 2015, the quasi-Robbery Defendant came into the above H factory, and opened a sloping room in an unlocked factory, and discovered a wallet in the victim J J J’s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s
