Defendant A Apartment Housing Reconstruction Project Association, Co., Ltd., jointly with Plaintiff E, KRW 32,252,60,00.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant A Apartment Housing Reconstruction Project Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is the executor of the redevelopment apartment (hereinafter “instant project”) that newly constructs the redevelopment apartment in the Gu-U.S. V., and the Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) was the contractor of the instant project.
B. The Plaintiffs, who were not members of the Defendant Union, concluded a contract to purchase some of W apartment houses as indicated in the sale contract list (hereinafter “instant sale contract”) that were scheduled to be newly constructed pursuant to the instant project from the Defendant Union and the Defendant Company, and remitted each of the money indicated in the “payment” column to the Defendant Company’s bank account at each contract date as down payment.
