Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 1, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) in the Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 9, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around April 20, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a C k7 car in the name of Jung-gu Co., Ltd. without a vehicle driver’s license in a section of about 300 meters from the 45 GMG 26-ro, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the 307-ro, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving a vehicle Ck7.

On April 20, 2015, around 08:35, the Defendant driving the said car on the front road of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si, along the two-lanes in the direction of the telephone station distance, and driving the car along the two-lanes in the direction of the straight distance, and changed the lane to the two-lanes.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to notify a change of course by direction, etc. in advance and to make a change in course so as not to interfere with traffic of other motor vehicles while keeping the traffic situation at the left and right.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the damage to KRW 1,260,158 of the cost of repairing the Fchip vehicle owned by the victim E, which was proceeding two-lanes in the same direction as it was due to the negligence of entering the two-lanes as it was.
