Punishment of the crime

From July 2016, the Defendant and the victim C (the age of 68) liveded in the victim’s house for about one year from around July 2016 to around one year. However, the Defendant continued to demand money from the victimized party, such as receiving approximately 30 million won from the injured party, and assault or threaten the injured party, and the victim was sexually committed. The Defendant, at around 21:00 on the same day, knife the victim's head by getting the victim's head into the house, breaking the victim's head on the floor, followed the victim's name and shoulder by several times, and led the victim to the inside, and the Defendant visited the other victim.
