On July 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 22:15 around 22:15, the victim J (66) was boarding a taxi for business purpose in front of “L restaurant” located in K in Gyeongsan-si, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) on the road in front of the “L restaurant” located in K in Gyeongsan-si; and (c) on the ground that the victim does not interfere with his/her horse.

“In doing so, the driver, who is a driver of a vehicle in operation, was able to carry the driver’s seat with his hand and her head twice, and his face was taken once a week, and assaulted the victim, who is a driver of a vehicle in operation.
