Around March 13, 2014, the Defendant was driving H Ethmp car with a 5-meter load without a driver’s license on the front day of the Calend Hospital located in the Calenda-dong, Busan, under the influence of alcohol by 0.292% of blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license, at the front day of the Calend Hospital located in the Calenda-dong, Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, and driving a motor vehicle again.
