The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months for the crimes of No. 2 and No. 3 as stated in the judgment of the court with respect to No. 1 as to the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court, and on February 28, 2011, the same court received a summary order of KRW 4 million as a fine for the same crime in the same court on February 28, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,00,000 for the same crime, and on November 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on November 24, 2012.

1. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the competent authorities;

On September 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) on the street in the vicinity of the Shodong-gu, Busan; (b) provided cash of KRW 300,000 to the needy; and (c) acquired CMaz car, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said automobile without justifiable grounds.

At around 23:20 on April 15, 2014, the Defendant driven C-related car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.120% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the entrance of the Busan Electronic High School located in the Busan East-dong, Busan, to the front side of the Samsung Electronic Service Center located in the Dong-dong, 500 meters away from the road at which the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.120% without obtaining a driver’s license.

3. On February 13, 2015, at around 06:05, the Defendant driven a DNA car without a driver’s license from around the subway stations located in the Busan Eastdong-gu to the front road of the Taedong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, to approximately 2km alcohol concentration of about 0.072%.
