A has worked as the president from March 2012 to March 2013 at the 'F Child Care Center' in Sungnam-si E, Sungnam-si, and Defendant B is the representative of the above Child Care Center and the president.
1. The head of a defendant A nursery facility shall not receive any subsidy or use any subsidy by fraud or other improper means;
