A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"200 Highest 918"
1. At night, on February 11, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that is not corrected in the “D” restaurant operated by the injured party C in Daegu Suwon-gu B; (b) opened a cash register on the said restaurant and kept in cash in the said store; and (c) stolen it with KRW 80,000,000,000 which was kept in custody.
In addition, the Defendant invadedd a structure at night from February 8, 2020 to February 12, 2020 from February 23:00 to February 12, 203:10 by the same method, and stolen KRW 2050,000 in cash owned by the victims, as described in the attached Table (i).
2. A thief: (a) around 03:30 on February 11, 2020, the Defendant: (b) discovered 1.65 million won of the market price at which H Group G was parked in front of the “F” in Daegu Suwon-gu E; (c) discovered 1.65 million won of the market price; and (d) cut off her car by using the keys posted on the above thief, using the key, and driving her car by driving it as it is.
3. On February 12, 2020, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) around 02:40 on February 12, 2020; (b) opened a window not corrected in a restaurant; and (c) attempted to steal objects owned by the Victim C; (d) but did not have any other things to be stolen.

1. The Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on February 4, 2020, at K in charge of the management of the victim J(Y, 50 years of age) located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (b) opened the iron plates of the pharmaceutical in his/her mash with his/her hand; and (c) cut off 20,000 won in cash by inserting his/her hand.
From that time to February 9, 2020, the Defendant, as described in the annexed List of Crimes, brought a total of KRW 75,000 in cash over five times in the following manner, stolen the victim’s property.
2. On February 10, 2020, the Defendant who attempted to larceny at night buildings was corrected to the “N” restaurant in the operation of the Victim M (Inn, 52 years old) located in Daegu hydro-gu L on February 10, 202.
