1. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) is also subject to the attached Table 13-24, and 13, respectively, among the land size of 12,942 square meters prior to the Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant; hereinafter “Plaintiff”) had been operating money by leasing part of the whole land of the land of the Jincheon-gun, the Jincheon-gun, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Defendant”) from the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff; hereinafter “Defendant”) before the date of the following sales contract.

On October 26, 1991, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to purchase approximately KRW 40 million in the amount of approximately 38,502 square meters of Gancheon-gun Gancheon-gun Gancheon-gun in the vicinity of the previous money shed (hereinafter “instant one sales contract”) in order to expand the two pigs (hereinafter “instant one sales contract”).

On the same day, the Plaintiff paid the down payment of KRW 40 million to the Defendant, and the remainder of KRW 20 million was paid at the same time with the Defendant’s performance of the procedure for ownership transfer registration on February 10, 1992.

B. However, when it is difficult for the Plaintiff to register the ownership transfer by dividing the part purchased by the Plaintiff into a relationship with no permission for development activities, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on March 2, 1992 to change the subject matter of sale to “the part adjacent to the Plaintiff’s previous use of the water source and part, other than the survey, adjacent to the money shed,” (hereinafter “instant two sales contract”).

C. On October 16, 1992, the Defendant divided the part of the land used by the Plaintiff as the land site into 3,251 square meters for H farm site, 1, 348 square meters for I orchard, and 202 square meters for J orchard (hereinafter referred to as “instant H land, etc.”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the said land to the Plaintiff on the said land.

From around 192, the Plaintiff occupied and used the portion 2,363 square meters in attached Form 13-24, and the portion 726 square meters in attached Form 3,369 square meters in attached Form 44,664 square meters in order among the parts 14,61-84, 52-60, and 15-14 in attached Form 2,363 square meters in attached Form 30,52, 108-14, and 53 square meters in attached Form 53,52, 108-114, 107, and 53 square meters in attached Form among the parts 12,942 square meters in attached Form 13-24, and the parts in attached Form 44,664 square meters in attached Form among the parts in attached Form 14,61-8, and 30,186 square meters in forest and fields
