Punishment of the crime

Around October 8, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that “the 1st floor of the Da-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sungnam-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and D Kafs, sold the GTX 1070Ti graphic card” by accessing the Dok-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and that “the Dok-gu Do 1070TX 1070TI will deliver the goods to the victim E who reported the fact.”
However, the defendant did not hold a traffic card for sale and planned not to deliver goods after receiving money, so even if he receives the payment from the victim, he did not have an intention or ability to deliver the goods.
Therefore, the Defendant received 450,000 won from the victim as the price for the goods from the victim on October 8, 2018, such as receiving 450,000 won from the F bank account (G) under his/her name as the price for the goods, and acquired it by receiving a total of 16 times from around that time to January 31, 2019.

At around 11:16 on the same day from the victim, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 110,000 won from the F bank account (number: G) under the name of the Defendant, and acquired by deceiving the victim.
2. The Defendant, around January 27, 2019, connects D Kafs from the first floor of the underground floor of the Seongdong-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu to the effect that “Popop-up 5 smartphones are applied”.
