A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Ulsan District Court on December 2, 201, and completed the execution of the said sentence on August 15, 201.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On November 201, 2012, around 20:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.3 g of the psychotropic drugs from E, in E, a white car, stopped on the roads near the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “clopon”).

2. On November 22, 2012, at around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.03gh of hydroopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopsis in G located in Busan Shipping Daegu, and administered it to the left hand of the wife H.

3. Around 20:00 on December 13, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of philopon to H at the guest room in which it is difficult to know the trade name I at a macroscopic time, in the same manner as paragraph 2.

4. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones to H in the manner prescribed in paragraph (2) at the Defendant’s home of the Defendant, No. 102 of the Suwon-gu, Busan, Suwon-gu J. 102.

5. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of phiphonephones to H in the same manner as paragraphs 102 through 2 of the above J building, at the lower end of 20:00.

6. On January 2013, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 gopon to H in the same manner as paragraphs 102 to 2 of the J building 102.

7. At around 22:00 on January 13, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 gopon to H in the same manner as paragraphs 102 through 2 of the above J building.

8. On January 13, 2013, at around 22:30, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 ghonphones melting melting melting water into a injection machine and administered the Defendant’s right arms.

[2013No. 535] On December 23, 2012, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philopon (i.e., J. 102) to the Defendant’s arm’s length with the injection of approximately 0.03g of philopon (ii).
