3. At around 19:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of philophones in the above Defendant’s residence in September 2013.

4. At around 19:00 on September 24, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of phiphones in the above Defendant’s residence.

The Defendant collected money with C and gathered to purchase writingphones from H, and received approximately 2.4g of 1 million won in total from H, from February 2013 to March 2013, at the Defendant’s house located in Bupyeong-gu I 201, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Seoul, and KRW 520,000,000 in total, collected KRW 480,000,000 from H., and 2.4g of Handphones.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to purchase approximately 2.4g of philophones.

B. The Defendant above A.

On the same day, at the same place as this paragraph, approximately 0.05g of the philophone purchased to H was provided with philophones without compensation.

C. The Defendant, around 06:00 on September 22, 2013, 06: (a) 301 of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City J building and (b) 0.2g of phiphonephones from H free of charge.
