Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2018, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of obstructing the performance of special official duties, special bodily injury, and special intimidation at the Busan District Court, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on the 25th day of the same month.
